Why we built this
The home services industry has a problem. Platforms built to help small businesses get discovered have turned into auction houses — your position in search results is for sale to whoever pays the most. Customers get bombarded with calls the moment they submit an inquiry. Small operators without marketing budgets get buried.
We think that's backwards. A landscaper who has been doing excellent work in a neighborhood for fifteen years should outrank one who just paid for a promoted listing. A customer looking for a plumber shouldn't have to field five phone calls in the next hour because they dared to ask a question.
LooKN4 ranks businesses based on proximity, review score, and profile completeness. Nothing else. Customers' contact information stays private until they decide to share it. There are no shared leads, no call lists, no black-box auctions.
