You can browse and search LooKN4 without creating an account. No personal information is collected from unauthenticated visitors beyond standard server logs.

When you create an account, we may collect the following information depending on what you provide during registration or profile setup:

Any personal information you provide during account creation — your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying details — is stored securely and is visible only to you. Business owners on LooKN4 may opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications when a customer sends them a new message. By enabling this feature, you provide your verified business phone number for use solely in delivering these notifications.

• What we send:Transactional alerts only — a brief preview of the customer's message and a link to respond. No marketing messages will be sent.
• Your phone number: We do not sell, share, or use your phone number for any purpose other than delivering the notifications you opted in to receive. All categories of personal data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time, or disable SMS in your account settings. Your preference is updated immediately in both cases.
• Opt back in: Reply START or re-enable the toggle in your account settings at LooKN4.org/my-business.
• Help: Reply HELP or email support@lookn4.org.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your notification setting (first message only, or every message).
• Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply.
