Profile completeness is a direct ranking factor. Businesses with a full description, accurate service area, contact info, and business type consistently outrank bare-bones listings. Spend 10 minutes finishing your profile — it compounds every day.
Earn reviews from real customers
Review score is the second biggest ranking factor after distance. After every job, ask your customer to leave a review on LooKN4. A steady stream of honest 5-star reviews will push you above competitors who have been on the platform longer but stopped asking.
Respond to messages fast
Customers shopping for a service are often contacting more than one business. Write a description that sells

Make sure your address is correct
LooKN4 ranks by distance using the coordinates of your business address. An incorrect or vague address means the platform may place you further from customers than you actually are, costing you ranking you've earned. Double-check that your address is precise and up to date.
Stay active and up to date

LooKN4 automatically awards Bronze, Silver, and Gold Pro badges to businesses that hit certain thresholds of verified 4 and 5-star reviews. Any business can earn one — it always appears on your profile page. Premium Business members also display the badge directly in search results, giving it maximum visibility before a customer even clicks through. Badges are recalculated from the past 12 months only, so they reflect current performance, not past glory.
