Terms of Service

LooKN4 provides an online platform that enables businesses and individuals to create listings, discover services, and connect with users seeking products, services, and opportunities.

To list and promote a business on LooKN4, a paid subscription is required.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

LooKN4 does not charge commissions, transaction fees, or per-lead fees. Businesses retain 100% of revenue generated from customers acquired through the platform.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under their account

Businesses are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their listings
• Communication with customers
• Delivery and quality of their products or services

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — connecting customers with local service businesses — in a manner that is lawful, honest, and fair to other users. You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use the platform for unlawful purposes, or take any action that degrades the experience for others.

The following section enumerates specific conduct that is strictly prohibited and that will result in enforcement action.

The following actions are strictly prohibited. Depending on severity, violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, a formal cease and desist letter, or referral to law enforcement. LooKN4 actively monitors for these behaviors and takes them seriously.

Review Manipulation

• Paying, offering discounts, providing gifts, or providing any other compensation — directly or indirectly — in exchange for a review, regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.
• Using bots, scripts, browser automation, or any automated tool to generate, post, or otherwise manipulate reviews on the platform.
• Creating fake accounts, using third parties, friends, or family to post reviews for your own business when no genuine transaction occurred.
• Coordinating with other businesses to exchange reviews (“review trading” or “review rings”).
• Pressuring, threatening, or retaliating against a customer because of an honest review they left, including through messages, legal threats, or refund conditions.
• Conditioning a refund, resolution, or ongoing service on a customer modifying or removing a review.

Data Scraping & Unauthorized Access

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, spiders, or any tool to scrape, harvest, copy, or extract data — including business listings, contact information, reviews, or user data — from the platform without explicit written permission from LooKN4. Unauthorized scraping constitutes a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and will result in a cease and desist and civil action.
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to view.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the platform for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or proprietary logic from the platform.

Listing Fraud & Impersonation

• Creating fake, duplicate, or fictitious business listings.
• Impersonating another business, brand, person, or entity — including using their name, logo, or contact information without authorization.
• Listing services, credentials, licenses, or a service area you do not actually provide or hold.
• Submitting false address, phone, or business registration information.
• Claiming ownership of a business listing you do not own or operate.

Communication Abuse

• Using contact information obtained through the platform — including a customer's name or any details shared in a message thread — to contact users outside the platform for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose beyond fulfilling the service they requested.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or repeated unwanted messages to users.
• Initiating contact with users who have not messaged you first.

Ranking & Search Manipulation

• Artificially inflating profile engagement, review counts, or ratings through any means not arising from genuine customer interactions.
• Keyword stuffing, hidden text, or other deceptive profile practices intended to manipulate search results.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, or restriction imposed by LooKN4.

Criminal Activity

Any use of the platform that involves or facilitates illegal activity — including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, extortion, harassment, unauthorized computer access, or any other violation of local, state, or federal law — will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. LooKN4 will cooperate fully with any investigation and will provide all relevant records, communications, and evidence upon lawful request. We do not warn users before making such reports.

Business owners who enable SMS notifications on the LooKN4 platform agree to receive transactional text messages from LooKN4 to the verified phone number on their business listing. These messages are sent solely to notify owners of new customer messages and are not marketing communications.

Message frequency varies based on your notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. LooKN4 does not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Businesses retain ownership of the content they submit, including listings and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant LooKN4 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the platform.

We strive to maintain reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

LooKN4 is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of listings
• The quality of services provided by businesses
• That users will achieve specific results (e.g., leads or sales)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LooKN4, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Disputes between users or businesses

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

LooKN4 acts solely as a technology platform that enables users to discover and connect with independent businesses and service providers.

LooKN4 does not:

• Provide, perform, or control any services listed on the platform
• Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any services
• Act as an agent, broker, or representative of any business

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Any engagement, communication, agreement, or transaction with a business is solely between the user and the business
• LooKN4 is not responsible for any damages, losses, disputes, injuries, or issues arising from such interactions

By using the platform, users assume all risks associated with engaging with businesses listed on LooKN4.
