LooKN4 Referral Rewards
Contest Rules

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participation by persons under 18 is prohibited regardless of parental or guardian consent.

The following persons are not eligible to receive prizes:

• –Current or former employees, contractors, officers, and directors of LooKN4
• –Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of the above
• –Persons residing in the same household as any ineligible person above

Void where prohibited by applicable law. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

• –Monthly Contest: Runs from 12:00:00 AM UTC on the first day through 11:59:59 PM UTC on the last day of each calendar month.
• –Bi-Annual Contest — P1 (Fall/Winter):September 1 through February 28/29 of the following year (e.g., “2026-P1” = Sep 2026 – Feb 2027).
• –Bi-Annual Contest — P2 (Spring/Summer):March 1 through August 31 of the same year (e.g., “2026-P2” = Mar 2026 – Aug 2026).

Company reserves the right to adjust period dates with advance notice on the Rewards page.

Create a free LooKN4 account at lookn4.org. No purchase is necessary to participate or earn points. A unique referral link is automatically generated for each account and is available on the Rewards page.

Share your referral link. Points are credited to your account when users who sign up through your link complete eligible actions (Section 4). Points accumulate across Monthly and Bi-Annual periods simultaneously.

Points are awarded to the referrer when a referred user completes the following actions. Each event is credited only once per referred account. Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Contest.

Point values are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice. Changes do not affect points already earned.

A participant must earn a minimum of 50 points during a Contest Period to be eligible to receive a prize for that period. Participants who do not meet this threshold are not eligible to win, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant in the standings.

At the close of each Contest Period, the eligible participant with the highest point total is declared the winner. Points are counted as of 11:59:59 PM UTC on the final day of the period.

Tie-breaking:If two or more participants hold the same point total, the prize is awarded to the participant who first reached that total, as determined by the UTC timestamp of the point-earning event recorded in our system. Company's timestamp records are final and binding.

• –Monthly Prize: One (1) e-gift card valued at $50 USD, awarded to the monthly contest winner.
• –Bi-Annual Prize: One (1) e-gift card valued at $500 USD, awarded to the bi-annual contest winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent except at Company's sole discretion. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except by Company in the event of prize unavailability. Approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes in a single calendar year does not exceed $1,600 (twelve monthly prizes of $50 and two bi-annual prizes of $500).

All federal, state, and local income taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to prize delivery. Company reserves the right to withhold a prize pending receipt of required tax documentation.

Prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year may be subject to IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting. Winners should consult a tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of prizes received.

Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant, void any points, and withhold or reclaim any prize if it determines the participant has:

• –Created multiple accounts to inflate referral counts
• –Used automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate referrals or account activity
• –Referred fictitious, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts
• –Made payments or provided incentives to referred users in exchange for sign-ups
• –Violated LooKN4's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
• –Made any false or misleading statement in connection with the Contest
• –Engaged in any other conduct Company deems abusive, unfair, or contrary to the spirit of the Contest

Disqualified participants forfeit all accumulated points and any prizes, with or without notice. Company's fraud determination is final and binding. Company may share evidence with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

To protect contest integrity, the following automatic limits apply:

• –A referrer may receive credit for a maximum of 20 new user sign-up events per calendar month. Sign-ups beyond this cap are not credited.
• –Additional rate limits and fraud controls may be applied at Company's discretion without prior notice.

Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the Contest, the point schedule, the prize structure, or these Rules at any time, with or without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless LooKN4 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of: (a) participation in the Contest; (b) acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize; or (c) any violation of these Rules.

Company's aggregate liability to any participant is limited to the face value of the prize that participant is entitled to receive. In no event shall Company be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LooKN4 is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Contest shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver: Participants waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action related to the Contest.

Information collected in connection with the Contest is subject to LooKN4's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Winners consent to the use of their first name and state of residence in prize announcements published on the LooKN4 website and social media channels, without additional compensation.

This Contest is a game of skill. The outcome is determined by the participant's referral activity, not by chance. No purchase is necessary to participate. Participation does not create any entitlement to a prize absent satisfaction of all eligibility and scoring requirements in these Rules.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple, Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform through which you may have accessed LooKN4.
